Led global customer success teams of 20+ people to roll out numerous new sales tools, processes, and programs to client’s distributors & resellers. Co-created change plans with channel partners, travelled around the world to run adoption workshops, built + led training and comms, change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, and executive sponsorship.
