Impact

  • Enabled SaaS sales operations for the CIsco’s $1B channel business.​

  • Led 163 global channel partners to adopt new processes, policies and purchasing technologies as the company moved from perpetual licensing to a SaaS selling model.

  • Launched a contract renewal automation software that grew bookings by $90M and led multiple proofs of concept globally.​

My Work

​Led global customer success teams of 20+ people to roll out numerous new sales tools, processes, and programs to client’s distributors & resellers. Co-created change plans with channel partners, travelled around the world to run adoption workshops, built + led training and comms, change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, and executive sponsorship.
