Role

I lead Accenture's NEXT initiative, a CEO-sponsored effort that pioneers ways to help clients drive growth by capitalizing on leading-edge expertise in Generative AI, Data & AI, and XR/Spatial. In this role, I manage go-to-market in the West region, including sales pipeline development, supporting key deals, evangelizing capabilities, creating sales assets, identifying market trends, and partnering with our Gen AI studios to engage clients.

What I Do

• Create and operationalize a comprehensive Gen AI GTM initiative in the West across Accenture Song’s practices, industries, ecosystems, and global delivery network.

• Develop and execute a sales and pipeline growth strategy, connecting clients to Accenture's leading-edge Gen AI capabilities.

• Focus specifically on marketing, sales, commerce, support, product dev use cases.

• Activate technology partners to innovate and co-sell Gen AI solutions.

• Evangelize Gen AI as a key growth driver, operate practitioner trainings + hands on learning, activate data experts to sell and solution deals.

Impact

• Helped operationalize Accenture's $3B investment in AI, establishing the Song NEXT Gen AI initiative as a key growth driver.

• Supported $109M in Gen AI-related sales across 26 deals in the West region in the first half of fiscal year 2024.

• Laid the groundwork to generate the largest Gen AI pipeline in North America, valued at $172M across 92 deals… and counting.

• Activated in every Song industry group and practice, up-skilled practitioners, and co-solutioned pursuits with ecosystem partners like AWS, Writer AI, Anthropic and others.
