Role
I lead Accenture's Digital Agency and Customer Growth Practice, called Accenture Song, for the firm's most strategic accounts in Silicon Valley. Partnering with renowned brands, I transform how they create products, serve customers, and grow revenue by evolving how they operate their marketing, sales, service, and product functions. I identify and execute high-potential opportunities for Accenture to help clients enter new markets, launch products, enhance efficiency, and improve processes.
What I Do
Collaborate with C-level, VP, and Director-level clients to address critical business challenges and deliver outcomes with global teams.
Manage P&L for a $20M+ portfolio of concurrent AI, strategy, and managed service projects.
Drive key business development initiatives for my accounts and the broader portfolio.
Consistently meet/exceed $12-16M+ sales targets per account, owning sales + delivery.
Lead diverse, global teams of 45+ practitioners (strategists, data scientists, creatives, engineers, and designers) and maintain a 95% employee retention rate.
Impact
Achieve $12-$16+/year consulting sales per account, meeting or exceeding targets.
Established Accenture as the top consultancy by spend on my primary accounts.
