Small & Medium Business Growth

Serve as a co-lead and champion for Accenture’s SMB growth solutions to help companies better serve their SMB customers.

Role

As a North America SMB Practice Co-Lead, I craft solutions that help software & platform (S&P) companies better serve their small business customers. Since SMBs account for over half of S&P companies’ total annual B2B revenue, Accenture partnered with clients to create solutions that help them shift from generic B2B centric models to a SMB centric one to acquire, onboard, engage, support, and retain SMB customers. We then packaged and re-sold these solutions to help companies across industries build SMB focused capabilities.

What I Do

  • Create new assets and the reinvent existing ones, piloting them for repeatability and scaling across accounts to drive SMB success.

  • Educate and evangelize SMB solutions to Accenture practitioners on offerings, assets, and differentiators to increase win rates and expand SMB knowledge, championing training programs and sales & delivery enablement kits.

  • Participate in strategic deals from origination through conversion, providing guidance on proposal approaches, SOWs, and other key aspects of the sales process.

  • Deliver SMB growth projects across the customer lifecycle (see below).
